Never share your OTP 

Your One-Time Password (OTP) is the final key to authorize any transaction or process through the app. Never share it with anyone, no matter who they claim to be. We will never ask for your OTP, PIN, or CVV. Sharing your OTP is like handing over your account to scammers. Keep it private, always.

Smart banking for kids

We believe financial literacy starts early. That’s why we created the Jeel card for kids aged 8–14. It’s a safe, supervised way to teach money management. Your kid gets their own debit card and a simple app to learn about saving, spending, and tracking transactions.
