Click on your Profile icon at the top left corner, where you’ll find the Support section. Tap on “We’re here to help”, then select “Other ways we can help”.
STEP 2:
Next, click on “Give us feedback”, scroll to the bottom, and select “Submit a complaint”, then confirm your personal details.
STEP 3:
Once you’ve written and submitted your complaint, you can easily track its status directly through the app.
